Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
International Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
